These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the ORB Revolution Expert Advisor software, website, documentation, and related services (collectively, the "Product").

ORB Revolution EA is a product developed and owned by Trade't ("we", "us", "our"). We accept cryptocurrency payments processed securely through our payment gateway xPay.

By purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, or using the Product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not purchase, install, or use the Product.

1. Overview (Plain Summary)

ORB Revolution EA is a licensed digital trading automation tool (Expert Advisor) designed exclusively for use on the MetaTrader 5 (MT5) trading platform. It provides rule-based automation features intended to assist traders in executing predefined trading strategies.

ORB Revolution EA:

  • • Is software only
  • • Does not provide investment advice
  • • Does not manage funds
  • • Does not guarantee profits

You remain solely responsible for all trading decisions, configurations, risk management, and results obtained from using the Product.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using the Product, you confirm that:

  • • You are at least 18 years old
  • • You have legal capacity to enter into this agreement
  • • You understand and accept the risks associated with financial trading

These Terms apply regardless of whether you obtained the Product directly from our website or via an authorized distribution channel.

Trade't is currently operated as a sole-proprietor business, with operational presence in France and Lebanon.

An Estonian private limited company (Trade't OÜ) is in the process of incorporation and will assume ownership and contractual obligations upon completion.

4. Payment Processing

4.1 Cryptocurrency Payments via xPay

We accept cryptocurrency payments processed securely through xPay, our payment gateway. xPay supports multiple cryptocurrencies and ensures secure, fast transactions.

When you purchase through our website:

  • • Your payment is processed via xPay's secure gateway
  • • You can pay using supported cryptocurrencies
  • • Transaction confirmation is typically instant
  • • Your license is activated upon payment verification

4.2 Purchases via MQL5 Market

ORB Revolution EA is also available for purchase through the MQL5 Market platform.

Important Notice for MQL5 Purchases:

  • • MQL5 acts as the Merchant of Record for all MQL5 Market transactions
  • • All payment processing, invoicing, and refund requests for MQL5 purchases must be handled directly with MQL5
  • • MQL5 does not share customer purchase details or personal information with product vendors
  • • For support related to MQL5 purchases, billing, or refunds, please contact MQL5 directly through their platform

We can provide technical support for the product itself, but cannot process refunds or access transaction details for purchases made through MQL5.

5. Product License & Delivery

5.1 License Grant

Upon successful purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use ORB Revolution EA on up to five (5) separate MetaTrader 5 trading accounts, whether demo or live, subject to these Terms.

The license:

  • • Is for personal or internal trading use only
  • • May not be shared, resold, or transferred to third parties
  • • Is bound to the authorized trading accounts

5.2 Online Activation Requirement

The Product requires online activation in order to function.

Activation may include:

  • • License key validation
  • • Trading account binding
  • • Periodic online license verification

An active internet connection is required during activation and may be required periodically thereafter to validate license status.

5.3 License Enforcement

The Product includes technical protection measures designed to enforce licensing terms. Any attempt to:

  • • Bypass license validation
  • • Disable online activation
  • • Manipulate license checks
  • • Emulate or falsify licensing responses

constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate license revocation without refund.

6. Updates & Modifications

We may, at our discretion, provide:

  • • Bug fixes
  • • Performance improvements
  • • Compatibility updates for MetaTrader 5
  • • Minor feature enhancements

We are under no obligation to provide future updates, upgrades, or new features unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Product at any time.

7. No Investment Advice Disclaimer

ORB Revolution EA:

  • • Does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice
  • • Is a technical automation tool only
  • • Does not assess suitability for your personal financial situation

Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You may lose part or all of your trading capital.

8. Refund Policy

8.1 MQL5 Market Purchases

Important Notice: Purchases made through the MQL5 Market platform must be handled directly with MQL5.

  • • MQL5 acts as the Merchant of Record for all MQL5 Market transactions
  • • MQL5 does not share customer purchase details or personal information with vendors
  • • All refund requests for MQL5 purchases must be submitted directly through the MQL5 platform
  • • MQL5's own refund policies and terms apply to those transactions

We cannot process refunds for MQL5 Market purchases, but we are happy to provide technical support for the product itself.

8.2 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (xPay Direct Purchases)

For purchases made directly through our website via the xPay cryptocurrency payment gateway, we stand behind ORB Revolution EA with a simple promise: Happy or Refunded within 14 days.

If you are not satisfied with your xPay purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.

8.3 How to Request a Refund (xPay Direct Purchases)

Refunds for direct purchases made through xPay are handled by us under the 14-day "happy or refunded" policy described above:

  • • Email us at support@tradet.net within 14 days of purchase
  • • Include your order details and reason for the refund request (optional)
  • • We will process your refund within 3-5 business days
  • • Refunds are issued in the same cryptocurrency used for payment, at current exchange rates

8.4 Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights under applicable law. If the Product is defective, non-functional, or materially not as described, you may be entitled to additional remedies beyond our 14-day guarantee.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • • Resell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Product
  • • Share licenses or activate the Product beyond the permitted five (5) trading accounts
  • • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Product
  • • Circumvent license validation or activation mechanisms
  • • Use the Product for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activities

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of the license without refund.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to ORB Revolution EA, including but not limited to:

  • • Source code and compiled binaries
  • • Algorithms and logic
  • • User interface elements
  • • Branding, names, and documentation

are the exclusive property of Trade't or its licensors.

You retain ownership of your trading accounts and any trading results generated through use of the Product.

11. Service Availability & Disclaimer

The Product is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee:

  • • Continuous availability
  • • Error-free operation
  • • Compatibility with all brokers
  • • Any specific trading outcome

Use of the Product is entirely at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • • Trade't shall not be liable for trading losses or financial damages
  • • Trade't shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • • Trade't shall not be liable for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Product.

13. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license if:

  • • You breach these Terms
  • • You attempt to bypass licensing mechanisms
  • • You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior

Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

The courts of France shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on the Product website.

Continued use of the Product after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
